I dont know i wasn't there long enough

Highly disappointed with the quality of the diamond arts I spent over $200 and this is the best of the arts, the others I can't do they will thrown away. I will never purchase from you again. On a few I can't even see what numbers or letters are printed on the art.

Really pleasant experience, certainly rate this place. I miss such experiences elsewhere. Had exactly what I was looking for.

Can't speak highly enough of this store. Their business was heavily impacted by the pandemic delaying their orders but they always go above and beyond to try and make their customers happy and follow up on concerns in a timely manner. Their product is good quality and they have one of the most extensive ranges of diamond paintings available to special order. They can also arrange customised paintings. Highly recommend this Aussie based business.

Love this place. I go at least once a week, mainly because polymer clay gets used very quickly

I rate zero starts but as I have to put something it’s one, ordered an item online and selected the item to be posted. The postage that was offered was standard flat rate which is a free service, I received a text message saying that my order was ready for collectionI called the store and was advised they would not be posting it as it was only a $5 itemWhen I questioned why this service was offered I’d they weren’t going to post itThey Then told me the delivery option was just a test and wasn’t a service they were providingWhen questioned again,They then told me the system was hacked and the delivery service doesn’t exist.I am absolutely disgusted, yes it is just a $5 item but it is the principal and how this was handled. Disgusting

A very knowledgeable and friendly stuff and a great selection of art equipment and tools. As most art supplies stores, it is on the pricey side.I will be back for sure to learn more about the products and get ideas and inspiration.Cute artwork displayed at the front of the store.

On holidays thinking change of lotto shop ... change of luck... the 2 ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful....had a good range of locally written books... on the local history...

Has quite a collection of different art and craft supplies. Not a lot at the higher end of the scale, for specific art supplies, but enjoyed the visit and was able to get some quality paper. Service with lots of smiles
