All I can say is do your research, I wasted over $2000 dollars on a river table project using URESIN. Their product procedures and guidelines do not provide important information, and do not include vital steps that you need to be aware of. Find a product which provides you with detailed information, as you will not receive a refund.(Nice manipulation of the truth URESIN, I especially enjoyed the section of our emails you included in your reply, very nice touch. I dont deny i should have done more research, because if i had, i would have known not to trust your product instructions. If your product requires already dried timber to be completely sealed to stop moisture reacting with the resin" then maybe you should include this information with the sale of your product

I dont usually leave reviews but I cannot speak highly enough about U Resins products and customer service. Their resins are of the highest quality - even my first pour that was riddled with mistakes from start to finish didn't even turn out to be the train wreck I was expecting. I've called them many times for help and advice and they just keep on delivering with top notch customer service. So that means I will keep on buying their products. Thank you!

Good product but poor after sale service when chasing delivery 1 month after the order was placed. If you want a guarantee that your money will be reimbursed if order gets lost in transit U Resin made it clear that would not be possible.

Honestly LOVED the creativity in design and the professionalism in staffing. I rarely order from places online, but I took a chance after a friend suggested U RESIN and I will happily go back! I ordered 3 phone cases as gifts for my family and everyone loved them just as much as I did. I highly suggest giving them a chance!
